Easy Monthly Payment(EMP) Policy

1. Introduction

At SERVOO, we value the trust of our customers and vendors. To ensure smooth and secure business transactions, we have established a clear and responsible Monthly Grocery 30-Days Repayment Program. This policy outlines the conditions under which Easy Monthly Payment is extended and specifies the obligations of customers availing of 30-days payment facilities for grocery purchases.

2. Eligibility for EMP

EMP facilities are available to registered customers and businesses who successfully complete our 30-Day Repayment Program application process. Approval is subject to internal EMP evaluation, verification of repayment history, and management approval.

• Valid Emirates ID or Passport Copy
• Trade License (for businesses)
• Bank Statements of at-least three months
• Utility Bills or Address Proof
• Any other relevant documentation deemed necessary by SERVOO

3.Terms of Repayment

• The standard repayment term is 30 calendar days from the date of invoice or purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers are required to strictly adhere to repayment deadlines to remain eligible for continued access to the program.

4. EMP Limit

• Each approved customer will be assigned a purchasing limit based on their financial profile and transaction history.
• Requests for EMP limit increases must be formally submitted and are subject to additional evaluation and approval.
• Orders exceeding the approved purchasing limit must be prepaid in full before processing.

5. Default and Suspension

• If a customer fails to repay within the agreed 30-day term, their EMP privileges may be suspended immediately and without notice.
• Repeated or unresolved defaults may result in permanent account deactivation and legal recovery action.
• Returned cheques or failed payments will incur an administrative charge in addition to any bank-imposed penalties.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and financial information submitted during the application process is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for internal evaluation and program management purposes. Data is protected under applicable UAE data privacy laws.

7. Policy Amendments

SERVOO reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated in advance to active participants of the Monthly Grocery 30-Day Repayment Program.
